Tuition and fees
Tuition is charged per credit hour. Required textbooks and learning resources are included in tuition, and there is no separate charge for the LIRN E-library or the learning management system.

Refunds are calculated from the date the University receives written notice of withdrawal and are paid within thirty days of that determination.
The University offers interest-free payment plans administered by a third-party servicer. Balances are divided across the term and drafted monthly. A plan enrollment fee may be charged by the servicer. Accounts must be current before a student may register for a subsequent term or receive an official transcript.
Northeast Coastal University does not participate in federal Title IV student aid programs or state grant programs. Students may pursue private education loans, employer tuition assistance, workforce development funding, or veterans' benefits where the program qualifies. The University does not guarantee eligibility for any external funding source.
No federal or state financial aid
Because the University is licensed but not accredited, students are not eligible for federal student aid at this institution. Review total program cost and repayment obligations for any private loan before enrolling.
