Program objectives

The CompTIA IT Support Certificate program is designed to prepare students with foundational knowledge and practical skills required to support information technology systems in modern organizational environments.

Program description

The program is designed to support individuals seeking entry-level roles in IT support and may also serve as preparation for industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+. The University does not award that certification and cannot guarantee eligibility to sit for any third-party examination.
