Application and Registration Fees

Application Fee

A $50.00 nonrefundable application fee is charged at the time of application for all NCU programs, either by credit card or in the form of a personal check, or money order made payable to Northeast Coastal University.

Registration Fee

Students who are admitted into a NCU degree program are charged a $50.00 one-time non-refundable registration fee, at the time of enrollment in their first trimester of study.  Payment can be made by credit card, or in the form of a personal check or money order made payable to Northeast Coastal University.

The costs of all required E-books and learning materials are included in tuition rates. For credit transfer, students are required to provide official transcripts from their previous educational institution.

Financial Assistance

  • All NCU students who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents are eligible to enroll in affordable tuition payment plans, which are administered by TFC Tuition Financing.
  • International students are currently not eligible to enroll in tuition payment plans.
  • For nearly 50 years, TFC Tuition has been a respected leader in student financing, helping students to achieve the professional career of their dreams. TFC makes education affordable for all NCU students who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents, by offering a wide range of payment options, and an online portal to manage your own account. Financing is available even if you don’t have great credit or a strong financial history.
  • Prospective students are encouraged to contact a NCU Admissions Representative to discuss their financing needs.

Note: Currently, Northeast Coastal University does not participate in national, state or local financial aid programs for students, including Title IV loans.

Northeast Coastal University S.T.A.R. Program
(Scholarship, Talent, Achievement, Recognition)

  • General Eligibility: The NCU STAR Scholars Program is available to both U.S.-based and international students who are applying for admission into any of NCU’s undergraduate programs.
  • Award: Recipients of the NCU STAR Scholarship will receive a scholarship covering half of the tuition fees for their first trimester of study.
  • Number of Awards: Annually, 50 scholarships are available for students entering the fall trimester.
  • General Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Additionally, a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or community leader is required, highlighting the applicant’s achievements, character, and potential.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be made in writing by the student (preferably by email).
  • All monies, except the non-refundable application and registration fees, will be refunded if the student cancels within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement and making an initial tuition deposit.
  • Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the start of a trimester, will result in a refund of all monies paid, except for the non-refundable application and registration fees.
  • Cancellation or withdrawal after attendance has begun, through 20% completion of the course, will result in a pro-rata refund of tuition computed on the number of credit hours completed to the total course credit hours required.
  • Cancellation after completing more than 20% of the course will result in no refund.
  • The termination date for refund computation purposes is the date on which NCU administration received a cancellation request in writing from the student.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notice.
  • Should a course be canceled by the administration for any reason, tuition for that course will be refunded in full to students.

Methods of Payment

Payments can be made through TransferMate Global Payments, Paypal, Cashier’s Checks and Wire transfer. PayPal payments can be with your personal PayPal account or by using major credit card or debit card – VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
